Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Refunds

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us to check availability. Because some Obsydian Apparel pieces may be released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that replacement items will always be available.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging
